A+ for persistence and great shooting!!! Nice to have an understanding wife. With two little kids at home, I had to basically mortgage my soul to get out to Alberta, sacrificing my New Brunswick deer hunt in the process. But it was worth it, as the muley I got is a trophy of a lifetime for me, and those stories will keep the campfires burning long after any deer I got here would be forgotten. Our deer hunting sucked here anyway so I didn't miss much.I still dream about another Alberta elk hunt. They and bighorns are the top trophy to me.
