This was my winter works project this year. It was a complete take down and reassembly. Refinished the stock (rubbed oil) scope and sling.

I'm happy with the outcome and it shoots great.

I'm getting about 1" at fifty yards using a rather crude set up. I've only had it out to the range once along with my son and wife for a day of shooting. Needless to say scientific results were out of the question.

I need to get back out to the range (by my self) with some decent ammo and a firm bench rest which will hopefully improve the results. The action works and feeds very well with no problems.

The wife used my Cooey model 60 (made in 1959) it also preformed well. Too bad the same thing could not be said for my son's newer Winchester repeater.
