My Dillon 650 seems to catch really hard on the powder station and resists me moving the plate away from it, and when it finally releases it shakes enough to dump 1 of 4 grains of Titegroup onto the shell plate which gets messy fast. I think the mess is partly responsible for the primer station not lining up very well anymore. I asked a local guy and he suggested I was belling the case too much so I backed it off enough that the bullets barely fit and I have to hold them in place all the way up. I still have the same problem.

What can I do to stop it from spilling powder.

Yes, it worked. The other issue was that the media I was using to clean my brass was too coarse and was leaving them with a flat finish rather than a shinny one. I switched from crushed walnut to corn and it polishes them to a smoother surface. The whole press runs smoother with nicely polished brass.
