I also found some Spanish S+B from 1983. Is this stuff o.k?

Thanks

Spanish 7.62

If you shake the cartredge and you can hear the powder inside it's probably OK.
I was told the Spanish 7.62 X 51 is loaded light, because it was used in the 95 Mauser actions converted to 7.62 X 51 from 7 X 57.

OK gentleman step in and say something if I am wrong.

I could use some of that ammo as I have a number of Spanish guns in my collection that are in 7.62.

Does anyone know what is a good load for the Spanish Model 95 Mousers?

H, followed by a date code is Chartered Industries of Singapore.
0 = 1980, 1 = 1981.
Fine to use, good quality fodder.

.50 cents a piece for surplus is always a good price compated to .60 or .90 cents commercial. It would be an even better buy if the cases are Boxer primed and reloadable.

Ya, It would suk to spend the money for a one shot deal.
Would rather invest in good brass and come up with my own load for the money.

The Singapore stuff is Berdan primed ..... not reloadable. I had a few boxes and just finished off the last few rounds this year. Reliable and fairly accurate though.
