Are absolutely busting my chops for going home on the opening day of Gobbler Season and they smoked some nice Toms to boot. Then they are hitting the river at night checking their trotline's. The Flathead or also known as Appaloosa Catfish are some fine dining. Biggest excitement happens when you get a Gator tangled up in the trotline rigs...... I have some catching up to do when I get back to work next week!

After watching hanna barron handle catfish so one compares. But i agree that cat steaked and smoked with a bucket of cold coronas. Thats good times

What type of turkey is that? Has much lighter feathers before the tail and one the tail egdes than the ones here in southern ontario
