My Banff souvenir shop find

Hard to believe, Was brushing past the T shirts and key chains, in Banff Avenue store, when I spotted a basket, marked, Rifle bullets. Kinda big for rifle, maybe .50 ca, still too big. Artillery type primer, filled with some kind of coarse powder, what the Hell. Bought one for 7 bucks.

Genuine Dummy 14.5 MM HMG round. Been looking for one for a while. This is actually the Internet pic.

Nopp! Russian/ Comblock. Machine gun round. Though there is a bolt action that chambers it, anti material gun. The one in the picture is a dummy round with a rubber primer its a pretty good specimen.

14.5x114 was originally developed for the Soviet PTRD and PTRS anti-tank rifles and later adapted to the KPV machine gun. Recently, some anti-material rifles have been built for it as well.

If I remember right, it was across the street from Mc Donald's. Cant remember the name though, sorry!
