Brand new Leapers 4 - 16 accushot air rifle recommended scope. Just tried to sight in on my Benjamin NP-XL (.22) picked it up to replace the stock sightron that came with it. Liked the side parallex adjustment feature and the reviews seemed positive on line. About 10 shots in, it was grouping nice at 25 yds. Made what should have been the final adjustment and missed the entire target. Dozen shots later after remounting and double checking the mounts, its shooting 4 feet high at only 25yds. Sights look fine but no more vertical adjustment. Up till shot number 11, the thing was grouping nice, just off center.

Anyone recommend a nitro piston survivable scope preferably $200 or less? I use flip-up lens caps and prefer the side parallex focus feature.

I don't believe there will be any warranty issues. However I'm just going to return it. Need something reliable as there's no irons on this rifle. Was hopeful that some nitro piston owners could recommend something that won't break the bank.

Lifetime warranty* for AccuShot Series, UTG Series, 5th Gen Series and Golden Image Series scopes.
(*2 year warranty for Dot Scopes/Sights.)

Warranty against material or workmanship defects applies based on the following conditions -

Scope was purchased new. Evidence of purchase is required for warranty service.

Scope was not disassembled, parts/screws not removed or loosened, and the scope was not tampered with in any way. Any evidence of such interference will void the warranty.

If it's springer rated and it broke. You might have a case. I'm serious people have UTG leapers on a lot of heavy hitting Diana where literately the scope mounts will shift.

I see way too many posts of late where people say Leapers has been dodging warranty replacement, but their vendor took care of it. Let us know how you make out.
