hey guys,

i finally got my first beretta home. and damn, what a pistol.

the new finish on berettas are top notch, but mine has not seen much actual use so i do not know if it'll stand up to field conditions. the thing is built like a friggin tank. with reinforced brigadier slide plus trijicon night sights which glows green. when the slide is cocked there is NO give side to side what so ever. its almost like the slide and the body is one solid piece of steel. i love the tuned trigger, very crisp and clean. the main selling point for me is the rail for lights and etc. i've heard that ordinary berettas are hard to mount a light on, with this baby i can mount anything with my hearts content.

i've changed the mag release to the right side due to me being a south paw. the procedure took under 3 minutes.

i am definately in love with this pistol, the liberals are gonna have a hard time taking this from me

Looks like an airsoft gun to me. The barrel looks like it has the brass inner lining of a 6mm Airsoft BB. Mind you I have never owned a Beretta, nor seen one like that in person.

i'd be pretty stupid to pay $1300 for an airsoft pistol

You mean airsoft pistols aren't worth that much, even Beretta ones?? Man do I feel like a fool!

I have one too, hitman, and love it. Though I put wrap around rubber grips on it and defeated the purpose of the front checkering. I'm just a sucker for the look of the grooved grips on Berettas.

that would be the crown you are seeing.
congrats on the gun, how's it shoot for you?

if you wanted a rail Vertec and Elete 1A models have 'em too...

I saw that, but airsoft also has those markings. Like I said in my post it looked like the barrel of one, but I could not say for sure as I never owned one. Im sure now that it is real, I just said it looked like one.

The airsoft models are exact replicas as seen in this one.
