sometimes my brain goes funny places when I go for a walk and today while going though some really thick young spruce trees watching grouse scurry away within about 5 yards of me I had a idea for a VERY compact bushgun, I would start with a Boito hiker "but that's already compact enough" you may say but of course if things came perfect from the factory then I would have very little fun so no I must modify it, my plan would be to first remove the butstock, saw it off leaving only a pistol grip and then carve a piece of wood that would extend from the bottom of the pistol grip along the bottom of my forearm(permanently attached of course to stay legal) ending in a strap that could be strapped over the forearm securing it in place thereby keeping the overall length the same yet allowing it to be fired with one hand much like the rossi ranch hand or something of the like. So what do you guys think?! I feel it would be fun little project ending with fairly fun and useful little shotty albeit somewhat "mad max" or something but cool nontheless.
BTW if this violates any laws feel free to call me a fool but I see no problems as long as the extension if properly and permanently attached.
Thanks,
Hunter.
