My civil war library.

As I have sold most of my WWII collection I have kept those books that relate to the pieces that I still have.

This is what is left in my WWII collection.

An example of how this February 1990 Gun Report was helpful when I purchased this Needham Conversion Musket on December 20 2017.
I had read what Flayderman had to say and this was also very interesting.

I developed an interest in this Fenian Musket because my Great Great Grandfather fought against The Fenians at the Battle of Eccles Hill on May 25 1870.

Yes I did---- because I did not know anything about this Fenian musket.
A fellow that I had bought a number of guns from showed up at my door with this musket that I knew nothing about.
It was not cheap.

I had a bayonet that fit on it.

OTHER GUNS PURCHASED OR RECEIVED IN TRADE FROM THE SAME FELLOW AS THE FENIAN MUSKET.

THEN I HAD TO FIND CARTRIDGES FOR THE TWO HANDGUNS.

Another book to describe Cup-Primed Cartridges.

I bought 2 cup primed cartridges on November 22 2017--- and I purchased a First Model Plant Revolver on November 23 2017.

Comments from Flayderman and Reilly regarding this First Model Plant revolver.
