My Cooper,and it's favorite ammunition

My Cooper Jackson Hunter seems to like the SK Standard Plus ammunition.Below is a 5 shot 50 yard group measuring .265".

I've had some success with Standard Plus but it seems to vary a fair bit from lot to lot. But that's the nature of rimfire.That's good shooting BTW!

Nice rifle and nice group, did you back it up? Is it capable of that kind of group time after time? Later.

This was the best of several groups fired.The largest groups were still under 1/2",for an average around 3/8".The hotter the ambient temperature,the tighter the groups seem to be.

Yeah, it doesn't do so well when the temperature drops. Groups open up quite a bit when you start getting the sonic crack.

I have shot a few groups with my 57 at 25 yards that look pretty sweet with some Lapua MasterM. Always seems to windy to try any longer range shooting for group, some day I will try. FS
