My CZ 557 Synthetic S in 8x57

There's beauty in function gents. These synthetic stocks are amoung the best I've used. Comfortable and rigid. Yes, we all prefer walnut, but that is soon forgotten when you're out in the mud ;)

BTW, we got 35 cm of snow !!
 
Let me share my CZ 557 Synthetic too. Still waiting for a Heathen brake to complete the rifle..

Yes and yes :) I have a few spare 10-rd and 4-rd mags that I can share between this rifle and my Ranger, so mags are not an issue.. I like the stock, which seems to be a variation of a Night Sky with green speckles.
 
If you want to sell me one of your 10-rounders, lol, I'd appreciate it. I'll probably order two directly from the Czech Republic if I can't find any locally. Loving the 557 platform, but also looking forward to the new 600 platform too.

I ordered mine through Wolverine Supplies, have you tried contacting them? Speaking of 600 series, I don't like that there're no more options that have iron sights and detachable mags available. The new Lux is a fixed floor plate design only. I kinda like the new Trail, should be a fun plinker. And the new Range should be a good target rifle but I want some caliber other than .223 become available before I consider buying it.
 
It would be nice if the Alpha got sights. However, in true CZ fashion, they'll likely mix things up a bit in a later model year and there will be more iron sights options, and probably calibres. Just hoping extra barrels are made available soon after release!

Oh, I was 100% sure that Lux has a fixed mag. That's good news, I hope they are going to maintain mags compatibility between 557 and 600 and not come up with a new mag design.. I don't know why, but I can only tolerate long-range heavy barrel rifles without irons, all other rifles must have iron sights in my world :ninja:
