thats one of the reason i got rid of my VZ bipod and i got a RPK bipod , i can attach it close to the HG on the barrel .

No it is curved in just before the pistol grip . You could shoot left but it would be uncomfortable . I can post a pic of the other side if you like?

Looks great. Like the idea but my POI soesnt really shift that much with my VZ bipod to shooting off hand.

My poi was 6" high at 100 yards off the bag and bang on off the bi pod now it's bang on all the time just shoot my best group a little over one inch at 100 yards !!! I think the cheek piece helps more for accuracy then the bi pod . It loves 168 grn bthp !! And a little h380
