I ordered a Sightron 10X50 from D&L and when it arrived the illuminated reticle didn't work. After contacting D&L I was advised to contact Hirsch Precision to determine what to do. I spoke with Donna who advised me to ship it to them so they could take a look. D&L took about 2 minutes to email me a shipping label and off it went.
I got an email back from Peter about 4 days later telling me the scope had arrived and that the reticle was now working (I suppose it's a Canada Post first ! They bounced something INTO working condition for a change) but not to worry, a new replacement scope was on its way to me. It arrived 3 days later.
That's customer service ! (I purchased it through D&l because it was a very specific model and they had it on sale at the pre-dollar collapse price !)
I wish every experience was this painless, I'm a happy camper.
