Got it done yesterday..hoping to shoot it this aft. not the best pix but best i could do.

Why do you have see through scope mounts when you don't have sights on the gun....the scope sits too high....should be lower to the barrel so the bore axis is as close to the scope axis as possible.
 
Very pretty, I can't wait to get the reports on how it shoots. What trigger etc is in there? Is that one of those machined aluminum mags? If so I would like to know how it works. You don't happen to be near Kelowna, BC are you? I'm looking for people to shoot reactive steel targets at my place and that looks like the perfect weapon for that!

good lookin' rifle..... except for the magazine!!! I just cannot get around the look of the 50 rounders on these rifles. maybe it's just me......
 
Looks great. I'd love to read about all the changes you've made if you have time to list them.

All i've done to it is...

VQ ., target hammer.
VQ., auto bolt release.
VQ., extended mag release.
Skeeters ., extended bolt handle and target trigger.
Tactical Innovations 25 shot mag ( machined aluminum ).
Tactical Solutions 16.5 inch bull barrel with compensater.
Raptor Stock from Predator Gunstocks.
Barska 6-24x50 AO varmint scope.< cheapo:(
Weaver high mounts(only ones the shop had in stock and i JUST HAD to install the scope ):(

This thing shoots awesome, it didn't like the dyna duds but its dead on with the Winchester Power Points.(indoor 20yds )
The magazine worked flawlessly.
The trigger pull is down under 3 lbs :D.
Going to have a blast shooting ground hogs with it!!!! come on spring!!:sniper:

nice little setup you got there, i got all those vq pieces coming for mine aswell

waiting at the border i guess.:redface:
 
Did you install the trigger, bolt and mag release as separate parts, or drop in the TG 2000 trigger assembly? Any thoughts about which is the better way to go?

ok i have roughly 125.00 into the internal parts.
the TG2000 is 200.00 but has more done to it , next time i'd get a TG lol.
