My first AR build

Well it's almost complete... just need a F/A BCG!
...and maybe a vortex flash hider

LMT 10.5" upper /w KAC FF RAS - 1/7 5.56 stamped
spike's tactical lower /w STAG LPK
Questar carbine stock
Fake Eotech

Once It's complete my total build cost will be ~1450. /w the one pmag! I think I did well!

Anyone else building something? What was your first build?

Nicely done...I'm presently waiting for Spikes billet upper/lower set (from Questar) but have all the rest of the pieces waiting to go...can't wait to put that sucker together.

hey i just ordered my ar from questar as well i got a LMT lower and 10.5" LMT upper (both were on sale) a MAKO quad rail, im planning to get an EOtech and light system on it but unsure what kind is best. do you or anyone know what toronto's emergency task force set up is?

how is the fake EOtech working? accurate? good quality?

My first buid, first AR too...
I'm still waiting for the upper completion kit from AE for the stripped AP receiver.
Just need to fix barrel, gas tube, flashider and stock permanently... but here it is:

AP stripped receivers
Questar 11.5 match barrel
AAC Blackout 51T flashider
DD A1.5 rear sight, FA bolt and LPK
BCM gunfighter charging handle
Magpul BAD, ASAP and MS2
MOE furniture with extended buttplate
PMAG 30s

Looks like a mean little thing, feel tight and light. we'll see how it shoots...

Gotta love picking every little bit yourself and ending up with only exactly what you want. The only spare parts I have left are a milspec receiver plate and pistol grip.
