My first dog

LOL!
Well, it was my first real attempt at yote hunting and calling with the new Firestorm and shootin my new Browning Varmint Stalker 22-250 topped with a Leupold 6.5-20X56 LRT with Varmint reticle.
Called for about 20 minutes with my wife sitting beside me when I spotted this one on the horizon at about 150 yds. I whispered "dog at 1 oclock". The wife whispered back "I think I'm going to start laughing. I asked why? She said "this is just like it happens on Wild TV". I almost started laughing and told her to shush!
The dog was frozen at that distance and was looking back and forth, back and forth.
My gun and sticks were set up pointing at 11 oclock so I had to wait for the dog to look the right direction so I coud get my gun into position for a shot.
She looked the other way, I was able to get set and dropped her in her tracks.
Man did this dog STINK!!! It had the runs and it's a$$ end was covered in it.
Please tell me they all don't stink like that. She smelled like rotten meat or something close to it.
I think I'm going to really like hunting these deer killers. Hoping for a Wolf or two and some Gopher hunting as well.

get the hide tanned and hang it on the wall
lucky you did not get a mangy one there a pain to move with out it touching you (have to leave them some where thats not in the middle of a farmers field
)
