My first FFP S&B... Wow...

My S&B 5X25X56 PMll P4FL 2FP was a much to bigger scope for my FNAR rifle, so i did ordered a S&B 3X12X50 Klassik L4 with a se of Badger .885 height 30mm rings but they are to low for the picture purpose, i did used a set of higm 30mm Vortex ( red cheap), now that my eye sight is 20/20, i really like the FFP... Before the dollar go to low, i will order another one this afternoon with two sets of Badger ordonance rings 30mm at 1.125 height... This size of scope is perfect for my FNAR, i will put one on my SA NM M1A to... JP.

My eye sight was the deal breaker, Sightron were and are still great with LRTD but know that my eyesight is perfect, i really see the superiority of those S&B, just order another one in FFP but with the FD7 reticle ( the flashdot will be good on my AR's nd just cant wait to ear about this Elcan Specter 1X3X9, that why i did not buy the S&B shorty ( 4000.00)... JP.

Now that i got my Lasik and it was full sucessfull, i can go for those crowded reticles and the FFP at last ( je vois clair sti... )... JP.
 
What made you go with the klassic model over the PMII for use on a target rifle ?

Glad to hear you Lasik was for the best, welcome to the world of being able to enjoy SB. For the quality they really are

The weight and i wanted the illuminated reticle, got a second one a Zenith 3X12X50 FlashDot reticle 7 FFP, can be use on my Ruger SR762 AR and my SA NM M1A for a dual usage if i get another PMll, it will be the shorty 5X20X50... JP

This is an FNAR Match Competition 308, did not shoot it seriously yet, only at 50 yards at my personal small range at the farm, when Spring come i will test it intensively, i am in transaction with Spartan precision for a March F 3X24X42 FFP MOA, the deal should be concluded tomorrow, it will top my FNAR... JP.
