My First Rifle Build- Ruger 10/22

Finally got my PAL/RPAL and purchased my first rifle. Decided to go with a Ruger 10/22 simply because there are so many accessories for it and I wanted to have a little bit of a custom look.

Internally it is a stock ruger 10/22 but that will change in the future, so far i have:
- Ruger 10/22 Carbine 18.5"
- Fab Defence T-Pod G2 Bi-pod Grip
- Bushnell Trophy x1 zoom
- Archangel AA556R Stock
- Auto- Bolt Release
- Extended Mag release

Hopefully get a Bull Barrel soon as well as a Volquartsen trigger group. If you are parting with either of those please send me a PM. Anyways here are the pics of the rifle so far.

Congrats. Do the auto bolt mod and get a new buffer. If will make a difference. Also a different charging handle and mag rrlease helps but all this stuff is simple add-ons. For the barrel, you can go steel with dlask or mystic or go aluminum/carbon with wanstalls or questar. Milarms has Volquartsen stuff. There barrels are tack shooters but abit on the costly side.

Oh yeah i did that auto-bolt mod I just forgot to add it. I thought about getting a buffer but some people say its not needed? Im kinda new so I'm not exactly sure what buffers do? Thanks for the input, I'll def look into it.

Dlask has some deals on new barrels you should check out.

The new buffer makes the bolt less noisy. I wish I swapped it out first thing.

Congrats on your 1st of many Just add a bull barrel makes it look clean with the 556
