I have a couple .22s and a 10/22 is next on my list.

There is something about walking around in the woods with a wood stock .22 that is just perfect.

I never thought of buying a Ruger 10/22 before I walked into the store. I went in just to browse not planning on buying anything but I couldnt resist that stock once I got a look at it. Shoots very good, my best group was 7/8ths of an inch at 100yds.

I'm thinking Mossberg 500 for a shotgun and a X-Bolt for a deer rifle.
