Nope. Gas system needs to be bone dry.

Could be. Set the rear sight elvevation to minimum distance (lowest position). Shoot paper at 10 yds. See where you are hitting, adjust if necessary, then increase distance.

I had to adjust both windage and elevation on my front sight. You need a front sight adjustment tool for this chore.

Oh, it works.....I cleaned a Garand that was caked in cosmoline in just 90 minutes..You do have to re-fill the container several times, so just drink some beer while it heats up between fillings....Oh, and it`s best to use distilled water....
