I got my PAL and RPAL a couple years ago and figured I'd never buy a restricted because of the hoops and registration. After the C-71 bill was mentioned I changed my mind and figured it might be now or never.
Also, a gentleman on this forum said "I refuse to fear my gov't, that's why I buy restricted" (can't remember who, it wasn't directed at me. It was a general discussion about C-71). I thought that was a good point.
So here is my first AR-15. I wanted to make a FN-15 clone with a 10.5" (could only find a 11.5") barrel. It was a great learning experience mounting the front sight, turned out perfect. I'll change the rear sight soon, it was all I had.
The next is my first handgun, It's the premium forged gunsmith 1911 from Dlask. I call her the Holy Hammer
