My gempro stopped working today

I've reloaded with a gempro and lee chargemaster for a few years now, today the gempro started jumping all over the place and wont keep a zero at all. I zero it and it jumps back up to some random number instantly. It just started doing this while I was loading so I'm not sure what happened

I started a warranty claim with them. Has anyone ever felt with their warranty? Apparently they have a lifetime warranty

If I cant get anything done through the warranty I'll be getting another, it looks like they are discontinued tho so not sure if I'll get the same scale. Any alternatives?
 
I use the newer gempro 300 and I have been very happy with it. I had got mine from fast toys Canada who at the time was a site sponsor. Not sure if they still are. I hope that yours is covered under warranty though. I'll definitely be sticking with my gempro for a while. Other than drift needing a new tare every 5 weights or so it's been great.

Thanks. It put a stop to my reloading and I'm hoping ors matches will start up again soon. Would be pretty disappointing if I didn't have my usual reloading setup for that

That looks like the number to a marijuana dispensary lol
