I was recently looking at an American gun store website. On this website they had a black powder barrel for a Mossberg 500. Isn't the 500 a pump shotgun? If so how does this barrel work?

It's a BP barrel with a breech plug at one end and two ramrod loops on the underside. It fits on a standard 500 action and accepts 209 primers. Open the action, install primer, close the action and you're ready!

Walmart sells them in the States!
