My HK MR223 jam like s**t

An SKS would have done the job.

Yeah it just would have never made it through a regular SF training well running the amount of ammo through it that SF do! I have fired a few SKS in my day and sorry the accuracy I have seen with them is not something I want any modern SF unit or regular Mil using...

That's like saying a gun that works will do the job...sure it would of..if that is the case why did we even leave the Enfield...or perhaps just stick with muskets...

Fact of the matter is that HK makes a superior rifle that sets a very high standard, are there other companies that makes superior type rifles of the finest quality? Of course KAC is one of them amongst many others companies out there.. There is a reason why Colt Canada gets it's metal from Germany for its barrels on it's C series line, keep that in mind...

I think the steel is actually french ;)

Hk and Colt Canada uses higher grades of Milsepc steel (there are three grades of Milsepc barrel steel) the grade Colt Canada uses on the C7/C8 barrels is what is usually found in the M249, but they also do runs of CR32 steel - which is what Hk uses in their 416, CR32 has much higher chromevandium contents.

The SKS also would have been tough to mount the PEQ-15, EOTECH and suppressor too.............
