First off, let me say that I was very satisfied with the finish and general looks of this rifle and was surprised at how compact and light it was even though I had read all the specs before I ordered. Anyway, here it is with the tags still on. It is in .40 S&W

Right away, I bought 200 rounds. 100 Rem. UMC 180 gr. FMJ FN, 50 Federal 180 gr. FMJ RN and 50 180 gr. Win. white box FMJ.

I put a NcStar red dot on it and shot my box of Federal setting it up. They were kind of all over and I had a few flyers. One FTF, I think due to me not inserting the mag properly.

I moved on to the Winchester amo and everything went well. again, one FTF, not sure why. Groups were ok.

I was able to hit the 6 inch gong at 100 yards, 9 times out of 10 aiming 10 inches high.

Now on to the Remington. Once I hit about 150 rounds total, there was a significant increase in FTF and I am not sure that it may not have been due to the Flat Nose rounds, I will investigate this further. But, I had about 6 FTF in the last fifty shots.

Keep in mind, this is right out of the box with no cleaning or anything else prior to loading it up and shooting.

The Rem. had very nice groups, this was my last one at 50 yards, full mag. in about 20 seconds

All in all, I think that I am satisfied with my new addition. I took it apart and cleaned it as well as polished the feed ramp. Now, just have to figure out how to get free amo.

Looking to here how it works next time you take it out after cleaning and polishing the feed ramp. this is likely my next gun in 9mm

Is the failure to fire caused by a misfed round? Maybe stove piped and punctured case?

Its common in aaallll of them. I had to reload my own ammo and reduce the charge weights to half way between min/max. and some a little lower still. At this reduced level, I have never had an issue since. Simply, JRdidnt get the spring tension/recoil buffer weight correct for long term reliability.

Just got to fiddle with it till it is "JUST RIGHT" lol!

they all fired, just failed to feed.

I just can't get pass the name...Just Right :( Just like I won't buy a car named Just Fast...so tacky

Well, better than Just Left LOL... yea lame joke I know...

I find it a little strange looking... could be the short rails and the long barrel with no muzzle brake on it...

A longer rail is in order. I think a 12" will do it. also, a brake will help as it is a little jumpy . The first thing will be the brake to try and improve accuracy, then the cosmetics. I also do not like the plastic hand grip and will change it out for something that has a more sure grip to it.

Yea, I think a 12" rail will look pretty slick on that setup... the grip looks almost like a standard A2 grip for an AR15....

Update for those who care. I polished the feed ramp on this thing and cleaned and lubed it up nice. I have since put 250 rnds of the Remington FP through it without a FTF or FTE. Problem solved and I like it. Now I am just waiting for the right time to start buying accessories.
