I've been dying to see one of these! It looks like a beauty. Can you share with us a few more details, such as cost, metal finish, bore (although i heard these were new barrels??), markings, ect. Thanks for showing :)

it was 1400 bucks after tax new barrel all reblued, some rust pitting was blued over.doesnt have the standard military throat wont chamber cartriges over 3.08 ,,very fussy to load for still scouting for powder for 200 grain projectiles.actions very smooth.waffen inspector numbers are 655 heer marked stock ,butt plate marked pr 41 came with sight hood capture screws cleaning rod.i think a yc 98k is a better value but whatever

Thanks W07, appreciate your honest no BS assessment. It is a nice looking rifle, will give it that! At first glance I thought you scored a time machine for Christmas.

holy crap 1400, for a refurbished rifle, in my opinion its not worth it, i rather have a Rc and have original barrel, but it is a sharp little rifle

its a very nice barrel it break in fouled less than my milspec 5r 308.like i said i think a vg plus yc 98 k is theway to go regret selling the 2 i had.i kinda got turned off rc 98ks because it was a gamble with the barrel condition, also call me anal(im realy not even kinda)but mismatched numbers bug me.i do realize that this byf has been renumbered
