If you have an account with IMGBB or some other hosting site, you can put photos there, then just add IMG and /IMG tags before and after the link - IMGBB actually provides this option among the linking options. I just put my pictures on my own web drive and link to them there, rather than deal with the odd quirks of forum image hosting.

And remember when you do find a host, go to the picture, right click and hit 'view image' so that your browser brings you right to the image and only the image. That's the link you need to add using the 'add picture' tool from the toolbar.
