My latest acquisitions

Been sort of getting more into airguns and just picked these 2 beauties up this week. The top rifle is an Air Arms TX200 which I got from Airgun Source. It's in .177 caliber. I went back and forth between the Air Arms and the HW97. I'm happy with my decision.This rifle oozes quality right out of the box.
The second rifle is of course a Diana K98 from D&L Airgun. I bought it "just cuz I liked it". It's not up to quite the standard as the Air Arms but it wasn't as pricey either. I thought I read that the barrel bands were metal so I was a little disappointed to find they are a plastic or polymer as is the trigger guard. But overall I am quite pleased with it as well. I have a reproduction sling coming for it.
By the way, both Air Gun Source and D&L Airgun were great to deal with.

Right now it might be a bit before I can get out with them. I think maybe I will leave the K98 as is with open sights unless maybe I find a fairly reasonable period correct scope. My eyes aren't like they used to be.

Right now for a scope I have a Leapers 4x16x40 AO mildot with illuminated reticle.

I don't think you will regret getting a TX200.

The tx is an awesome air rifle i shoot mine out out at the range quite often, always draws a crowd .mine likes h&n field target trophy pellets. Enjoy.
