So here is my latest attempt at an AR build, I really like the way it looks so far.
Sorry for the cluttered backdrop but it's late I will do better once it's done.

Nice!! I would opt for a micro dot versus the short dot, but bad ass nonetheless.

Popped a linear brake from SJ hardware on it and took it out for a test run at HAHA today.
Damn this thing is sweet, runs like a swiss watch and the brake works great, really helps with muzzle flip and directs all that muzzle blast down range, thanks Simon.
It was about 6" low and 1/2" left, out of the box at 25 yds, a few clicks and she was hitting the bull.
I put 200 rounds through it using both P-mags and the 10 round AT15 mags and both function flawlessly.
It was a great morning and next week I will take it to Silverdale and try it at longer ranges to see what I can squeeze out of it.

The socom stock is rock solid and very comfortable to shoot, love it.
