I just did a trade on the EE for this gun and it arrived yesterday Thought I'd share some pics of the newest member to the family.

Oh also in the 2nd pic on the front part of the frame there looks to be a bunch of rivets. Any idea what these are for? I asked the guy I bought it from and some of my RCMP buddies but no such luck.

Do they go right through the frame? My first thought was somebody drilled some holes for a scope mount but got out of hand.

Yes they do go right through. They don't interfere with the slide at all. If someone did botch some scope mount job, they sure cleaned it up quite nicely.

The original poster was a reincarnation of a low down dirty lying POS that ripped people off in the EE.

I assume the gun was not discribed properly

Basically the barrel is loose and now I gotta spend more $$ to correct the problem. Not only that, it wasnt even cleaned properly and all 3 I purhased came to me stinking of burnt powder.

3 restricteds were purchased from him. All three had various problems from a cracked grip to loose barrels but I blamed myself for not checking him out first. Needless to say, I learned my lessons the hard way and will only deal in restricteds with those who I've checked out.
