Just received this today from a forum member to add to my Russian collection. She's in very nice condition. Just gotta find a pair of swivels that were removed at some point. The flash really washes the photos out. The wood is darker and has more figure to it than what appears in the photos. Just gotta take her out now and give her a try!

Apparently the TOZ-99 from Tula. I've had one for like 7 months. A very nice shooter and surprisingly accurate. And this is mine.

Hitzy above has a TOZ-98 (bolt action) which I'm afraid is very hard to find nowadays.

Toz 78-6 is that HB version.
Also have a couple of the plain 78's from Armrus going out of business sale for $100.
