Took it to the range and excessed it with some slugs. 50 and 100 yards 2 inch groups with irons. Can't wait to see what it can do with newly installed H1!
And of course, picture of it.

No posing allowed with your M4, break it in and shoot it till it becomes part of your hands ! Challenge yourself with IPSC or even 3gun.

You wont regret the journey, I promise.

Kudos on your fantastic firearm !

You're claiming it's beating many rifles at 100 yards, smoothbore with rifled slugs? I'd have to see that one to believe it! 2" slug groups means most of the wholes are going to be touching, as the slugs cut a .720 or so hole. I've had an M4 just like yours, and it couldn't even come close to 2" at 100. Accurate, yes, but still a smoothbore shotgun.

Maybe it was luck. Will try again Monday/Tuesday

I tried shooting slugs at 100 yards with my M4 and you could literally see them dropping with the naked eye.
2" Groups with slugs at 100 yards? - Not calling you a liar but I'd have to see that one to believe it.

Will try again, I was pretty amazed myself.

Tried again.... Not even close. 3-4 inch group at 50, but at 100 more like 6. Sorry for miss info :(

That sounds more like it, not that you really are going to be shooting many zombies at 100 yards. I have the most fun with mine around 25-30 or point blank in some cases.:D

I have a feeling that red dot sight is not really need it on this shotgun, it's probably just me, but I prefer irons and getting better results with them as well.

Hey, that shotgun doesn't have a bayonet lug! WTF? No wonder you couldn't repeat your first grouping!:D

Beautiful shotgun! I should like to have the M4 but balk at the price and magazine capacity restriction. I have a Mossy 500 and it has done me proud with the birds I have taken.
The red dot makes things easier. Nice set up. Again, a beautiful shotgun. Have fun with it.

What advantages are there to putting a red dot sight on the M4? I've only had mine for a couple of weeks and find the iron sights quite adequate. I don't have any experience with the red dots except for a few shots through a friends AR so I'm curious as I see lots of M4's on the internet have them installed.
