After all my cleaning, glass bedding, placing shims at the bottom, cork at the front and free floating barrel plus Timney trigger at about 2 pounds :) Ammo is crappy as hell. Had 7 (!) FTF! This is ammo for sure since I'v tried all of them in the SVT as well. Ammo is some kind of weird Albanian crate with Chinese ammo in it. 50 and 100 meters targets, from the bench, handhold. Open sites.

I have a Mojo sights coming in soon and I hope to get a better group with them and good ammo.

That's pretty good shooting. Almost all of these carbines shoot like that.
Ammo is always one of the major factors that affect accuracy, due to various degree of quality in com block surpluss. Crate to crate difference is astounding.
Hard primers can be delt with in Mosin Nagant by adjusting firing pin protrusion past the bolt face. In SVT its a bit harder as the whole hammer needs to be replaced for heavier one that can wack on the FP harder.

Didn't know surplus was so finicky... never had a problem with czech/russian surplus or MFS in my SVT or Mosin (when I had them). That's excellent shooting, wish I could do that.
