this is my new mauser i made a post about a few days ago.
its a model 1908 brazilian 7mm.

My guess is that it's a 1908/34. I had one that looked exactly the same (except the bayonet lug was still there). The receiver on mine definitely started life as a proper DWM model 1908-the original stamps were all there. These were shortened; bolts turned down and put into new stocks. The stock on mine was stamped 1908-34. Aside from missing the front few inches of wood and the bayonet lug, I think yours is genuine.

the stock has been chopped. the metal end is gone thats why the rubber cover is on it.

on the right side it says MOD 1908 and thats all.
