my new 10/22 mod pics

I just recieved the stainless threaded 10/22 barrel from Ronin and man is it pretty cool and very nice quality. I need some advise though. right now the over all length is about 30IN and I am thinking about cutting the stock back about 3 In and then glueing the butt pad back on. and any reasons why I shouldn't and advise on how to do it properly. also should change the optics to something more fast sighting and something that looks more tacticool but don't wana spend a lot of money. what do you guys sugest.

also guys, what do I have to do with the registry? do I have to add a barrel and can I just leave it?

Cool...I kind of want to do a similar setup with the short threaded bull barrel and my Tapco T-6 stock. I would most likely be adding a comp though. It will be my third 10/22 build and counting.

I'd leave the stock alone though,by the looks of it shortening it is not going to work out.

As for the barrel,you can call them and let them know it's been changed,they will know which barrel that is.

Just call and let them know the new barrel length, they have a number for it. You'll get a new reg card in about a week
