I just entered the world of .17s today, with a Savage 93R17 blued with Accutrigger, synthetic stock, and heavy barrel. I can't wait to shoot this baby! I put a Tasco 6-24X42 on top of it...she's a real beaut (thanks for the good advice on the scope Wes)! Anyways....just wanted to brag a bit...I'm done now (until I post some range pics).

I was going to buy one of those also but then I went and held the gun and thought it's not worth it for me right now.
 
Well, I really wanted something for long range varmint hunting, that wouldn't break the bank. I thought a .223 would just cost me too much, so I went with the little Savage. The Accutrigger sold me on it, as I wouldn't have to go out and get a trigger job (cost me 65 bucks on my 10/22). Wholesale's got a bunch of non Accutrigger models for $30 less, and I bet they're going to have those for a while...
