I just got a made in February this year GP100.
I must say I might be in love,It shoots amazing and is quite accurate.
I've put on Williams fire sights, wolf spring kit and old school grips with stag inserts.

Nice! Now get yourself a buffing wheel, polishing compound, and make it shine! I also took a nice thin diamond file to the trigger and trigger guard, and smoothed out all the sharp edges before polishing. Made a world of difference on the comfort factor. And, it helps you get in touch with your inner child.....

Smoothing the edges is a great idea,It's a wee bit sharp in places.
As to the shiny bling I think not.
Thanks for all comments,My grandkids and great greandkids will get this one :)

I didn't go for the super shiny bling look, just a basic polish, cleaned up the edges (that's what started it) and some Coco Bola grips from Hogue. Also, I painted the front sight, orange fingernail polish is much more rugged than I would have thought, so it is in keeping with Ruger! The flash kills the pics though, it is much nicer in person. I'm not a photographer by any stretch....

Some very nice pieces guys. Here's photos of an older blued version I picked up a couple years ago.

And here, fully 'clothed' and in the company of a relative, the early model SS Ruger SP 101 in .22LR.

Looks good. With the white grips it sure would look good polished. Maybe someday I will need to buy a stainless one and do it up.

This is from about 20 yards
This was before the wolf spring kit,I have to give it a try with the new setup
This is a keeper and one of the best revolvers I own.
