That is a great idea, I am going to try to rig something like that up on one of my 870's! Nice gun!!

Thanks bud, I was going to fit a butt stock that has extra rounds in it on either side like the ones at work but they only hold two rounds on either side and this way there is less manipulation with the extra 5 rounds on one side in the same location. Yes it is a little heavier but it kind of balances the weight of the 6 rounds in the side saddle on the left side. If you mount something like I did don't forget to leave room for your check weld in case you have to switch due to an injury and shoot weak side, so mount it close to the recoil pad.
