looks like a nice xbow.
get the cocking aid as others have said. its handy. i use a excaliber one with my horton 175, it helps a lot. in more ways than just making it easyer to ####. it helps keep the bowstring straight, and consistant each time its cocked. when using your hands they slip and slide a bit and may not get the string in the same place each time. the aid stay put (the slide up the side of the bow) and the string stays centered, and gets pulled evenly on each side.
hope you have more luck with your xbow than i have so far lol. havent got anything with it yet, other than 4 lost bolts. (target practice, and estamating range)
i was lucky getting mine, a guy brought it in to sell cuz he had broken his shoulder, and couldent use it anymore. so it had a excaliber scope, expencive stings on it, limb savers, all cost out the xbow woulda cost me a grand. i got it for $500. havent had any problems with it so far. and i can put bolts within 1/4 inch from 40 yards consistantly.
