My new M-14

Okay...take some pics and video and show us how you like shooting it at the range. I've seen it on the web, but never seen anyone actually use or handle this weapon.

Man the M-14 still looks old no matter how much you jazz it up. So far the best stock on it is the JAE stock IMO.

I don't actually have it yet. I plan to spend the next couple years selling my body on street corners to save up the money. That's the only way I'll ever have $22,000 to spend on a rifle. LOL.

Come on, select fire? Who wouldn't want one? Going to the range (assuming that they'll let you) and squeezing off three to five round bursts? Not only would you be having an insane amount of fun, but everyone else would be packing up their girly rifles in shame.

Of course it's ugly. It's an M-14. It's beauty lies in it's function. It looks mean, it looks evil, liberals hate it just because of the way it looks. On the positive side, it will drive nails, it can't be put back together wrong, it can be dragged through the mud, rinsed off in a pond, and still shoot. It shuts everyone the hell up every time you squeeze the trigger. Seriously, I've had this happen. Everyone out shooting .223, 9mm, etc, pop, pop, pop, I pull the trigger and the boom stops them all in their tracks. Imagine BRAAAAAAAP in 308.

Imagine the hardware you'd get a look at when the ERT boys showed up to take you down. Personally I'd prefer to be on the other end of those firearms, but whatever floats your boat... ;)

Maybe I am weird or something, but I would LOVE to go to the dump and shoot up the old cars and rusting junkers with a full auto gun. Any thumper will do; I am not picky. A Thompson or a chain gun would do nicely.

But I suppose some bed wetting liberal would have his milk curdle at such doings. Those a-holes are talking about knife bans now.:(

True, but they are also warbling on about making it legal to F*ck your kids in the *ss, so a knife ban is hardly the worst of their ignorant knuckle dragging goals.

What makes that thing worth 22G's? (US) That's a SAGE EBR stock, isn't it? And the other bits, other than the select fire, are not THAT big a deal, are they?

The reciever alone in the US is worth $15k.

it's probably got all the same goodies as the early norcs had- the ones imported to north america were just missing the aft lug for the connector- the dismount notch is there as well as the hooks for the full auto trigger- just missing the connecting rod and the lug
