Love USGI (have a rebarreled Rock-ola) and then early Plainfield. Universal last just cause of safety issues (out of battery firing). I have one and due to sloppy mag retension system (aluminium trigger housing) I retro fitted a usgi stamped housing to i,t now much better.YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH USGI. Easy to swap barrel to non restricted as well. Just use the RIGHT tools. Ammo starting to get expensive though. So I bought the Chiappa clone in 9mm. Small issues at first but as she wears in they are clearing up other then the rear sight which had to be massaged
