First of all, I need to bust this open:

“If you wanna be great, BE Grateful!”

I want to thank Elwood Epps on a super sale price for this Magpul Remmy M700...it was on sale!
I also want to thank Bullseye Sports in London, ON and MDT for putting up this door prize at the Meaford LRSC where this prize was part of the Volunteer RO Draw.
I need to thank the Match organizers Kombayotch, Ryan-Mcle, EMeyer3, and MinosL for graciously recognizing the all so important volunteers and staff and soldiers and sponsors!
And lastly big thanks to the Team of Expert builders and shooters under the MDT umbrella

Oh, BTW, I’m working on a Cadex sponsorship rig from my phenomenal supporters at Wolverine. Buy BOTH of them Hahahaha!

Okay here’s the rig...I made you guys read a Shzt Load so, now it’s picture time:

This rifle started out as a Magpul Hunter stocked Remmy 700 in 260 and was factory Cerakoted in black. I sold the stock and happened to win this chassis system including the carbon fibre forend, skeleton folding stock , and a host of 12 rounders with and without binder plates.

I bought a new take off Remmy 700 SPS 308 Varmint Barrel and had it cut down and step crowned to 22”. Now I can shoot the 260 at Base Borden and Connaught then swap the 260 barrel out for a prepared 308 rendition for my clients to shoot this 308 at Garrison Petawawa (their sandbox, their rules)

Cheers, Barney

Sweet build Barney! It was good to meet you this weekend and I am glad that the ESS will go to good use for you and your students :D

Once I land the 12 rounders coming to me from the factory, I will be in a position to lend them out to AICS shooter clients and then I can hit them up for their experiences... in short, my clients will get to enjoy this prize, too. It’s all about promoting the shooting sports, getting newer shooters into the games, AND then spreading the love!

I’m grateful to all my formal and informal sponsors for all that!

Cheers, Barney
