I got my new XCR-L from Wanstalls the other day, and had a chance to finally shoot it on the weekend up Chilliwack Lake Road way.

Here's the rifle:

And here's my 3-shot groups at 124 metres:

Haha, just kidding. I wasn't shooting targets, I was just shooting some of the garbage that a bunch of jerks had previously been shooting at the same spot (we took away much more garbage than I brought, don't worry).

Here's a pic of my GF shooting my rifle:

I really liked the XCR. We shot about 100 rounds through my SKS before the busted out the XCR and shot the same ammo ("non-corrosive" from Lever Arms), so there was not much difference in the recoil. The sights on the XCR are a lot more wide-open so I didn't really notice a difference in accuracy (yes, I was thinking, hmm, $150 versus $2,500 ...) but the XCR is a lot cooler and when I get an optic on it I'm sure it will be way more accurate.

I really wish I had some of those 10-round mags.

Bought the same thing. Some 500 rounds through it and it works great, now that I learned to carry a wrench to keep the barrel snug.
I definitely agree about the magazines too.
Now I'm looking for a FN style folding charging handle instead of the big plastic knob.
