Picked up an 835 over the past week with the black synth stock and 28" vent rib. Only wear seems to be from the slide, picked it up for 250 with a sling and soft case. Does anyone have an estimate on what a slug barrel will cost for this and where I could find a full or turkey choke for it?

I shot my brother's brand new Ultimag yesterday. We tossed some clays with a champion thrower. That thing smokeballs them! The pattern with the 1 1/8 oz 8's we were shooting must be perfect. Every clay that was centered just got sawed to powder. Recoil was the same as my Beretta semi. I think the Mossberg ported barrel works fine. I would buy one like his (synthetic) without hesitation. Tough built and easy to shoot shotgun. 2 thumbs up!!
