Mosin Nagant 91/30 picked up at the LGS recently for $189.00 plus tax ;) :) :d

this picture is from my range day today, had a blast , put about 60 rounds through the Mosin and almost 100 rounds through my SKS. next range day will be all three of my red rifles and I will deffinatley get a group picture of them to share.
 
congrats buddy, I love mine as well, I especially enjoy the dirt cheap cost of them to shoot that's a bonus, nice kick to it as well, it reminds you that you have shot 50 rds.
 
Thanks guy's, it is a nice rifle. I need to do a little bit of work to be able to fit the bayonet on though. and yes the fact that is so cheap to feed is one of the thing's that I like about it and my other 2 red rifle's

on the matter of the recoil, I was in the 1705 BCD Cadet Corps in Vernon in the mid - late 80's and very early 90's, so I was one of the fortunate ones who got to fire the FN at the range in Vernon. The recoil on the Mosin and my Lee Enfield are way tamer than that of the FN, so although my shoulder is a little sore, it's nothing compared to how I remember feeling after a day at the range with the FN.
