so i bought a norinco m305 a while ago, has the guide rod already changed over to a fluted one and had the flash hider changed over to a springfield one that looks similar but made way better. so i put it in the archangle stock wednesday and i am greatly impressed. it just puts the m305 right there where i want it and is comfortable. anyone else like these stocks.

Nice pic!!!

And, I use a USGI stock, but I'm 'cheap' and wanted to have the old school look with the sparrowhawk dummy selector...

Cheers
Jay
P.S. Here is a pic of my dummy selector, looks bada$$ but it's no stallion, it's just a gelding, ugh.

i was thinking of picking up a promag archangel stock in desert tan can you tell me how it feels, the onlt thing i dont like about the norc's is that the stock feels cheap as sh**, did you have to doing any '' fitting'' to get the barreled action into the stock does the foreend have the rail or did you need to buy that also . thank you

They are a great stock for the price, all sorts of adjustment, and way more rigid than the Norc plastic.
The bottom rail on the fore-end is integral and it comes with a removable rail cover.
There is a wee bit of grinding to do to match the stock perfectly, but there are lots of vids and how to's and its not beyond anyone who can use a file.
If there is a drawback, it has to be weight. This is a heavy mother to lug around once you get a bipod and scope on it, (mine tips the scale at 14.5 pounds or just under 7kg bein as how your in Qbec :) )
All in all, fantastic bench gun but a sod in the bush.

Only modding i had to do to the stock was a little shaving on the top where the receiver and barrel meet on the stock as it was slightly too much material there to fit the gun in. And when it did fit in, i had to loosen the gas assembly and insert the gun then tighten the gas assembly to where it was originally. This is very heavy though. But these guns are heavy as hell to begin with. I like the feel and the angle of the grip is where it should be for me. I put a bipod on it and shoot prone with no scope. Hit clay targets at 100 yards.

I just put my Norinco in an Archangel stock. It needed a little filing to get the trigger assembly in but it's a nice tight fit. Took an inch off the MOA.
