Here's a couple pictures of my Norinco Ithica 37 clone after fitting a legit Bulgarian AK grip onto it.
The shotgun is totally stock, the only thing I changed was the grip and I parkerized it.

Specs:

-18.5" barrel
-threaded muzzle
-ghost ring sights
-does not slam fire ( :( )
-holds 5+1 2 3/4
-chamberd for 2 3/4, and 3" magnum
-double slide rails!

Enjoy!

Before,

After!

Folded up, it measures in at 28"

Sure sure. Your's shotty is cooler than mine.
Are you going to put on the muzzle brake in the future?
Keep us update of your progress.

don't see to many posts about these shotguns, hope to see some video or hear how it does when you take it out. have fun.

I've had it for 8 years and it's done well for me. Its even won me a turkey at a single and double skeet match!
I'll take a video next time I'm out!

HAha! A muzzle break would be something! But doubtful. I think the only other thing I'll do to it is Cerakote it sniper gray to help avoid rub marks like you see in the close up shot of the grip.

Do you also have one of these? I'm curious to know how many of this model were sold.

I have one, upon seeing mine my Brother bought 2 for his son and himself to carry on their Quads. Mine has about 2000 rds thru it, mostly slug handloads. It is the most comfortable folding stock shotgun (recoil wise) that I have ever fired. This is probably due to the weight of it. The slam fire feature is a gas. Model 12 Winchesters also do this.

Would like to see it after cerakoted.
Must be awesome.

The Cerakote will look identical, just without the scratches.
I parkerized a buddies 1911, and cerakoted his Enfield scout and its hard to tell which had what done when they are side by side.

with an 18.5" cylinder bore? I say good for you! that is awesome.

also 8 years and going that's great, hope to see more of these, my impression on them is tainted as the stevens copy I saw was unreliable and needed to be returned.
