I've had it since I was a kid. Use it for hunting and sport . We've seen a helluva lot of turf together.
Shown here with the early Longbranch Mk1 sight and a copy of the Canadian experimental cheek piece ( which didn't go far militarily but it's perfect for sport ).
Purists can relax. the original sights and stocks are stored safely away .
The one photo , a receiver comparison , of. the LB No 4's little brother , an EAL.
The fella ( a good buddy of mine , special forces vet. recently passed away. ) is holding the same No4 in its buckbuster mode.

Gotta love the Enfield!

I was shooting my Irish Enfield on Saturday. Ringing the gong at 200m... I was checking how many clicks I had to go up from 100m to be on at 200m... Turns out it's 2 clicks...

And sorry to hear your friend recently passed. Sad.

Sincerely
Jay
