Two days in a row, I got the club all to myself.
Of course, yesterday it was -23 and today a balmy -15. Lasted 100 yesterday and 200 today. More amazing is how well the new (to me) SX-3 did in the frigid weather. I've been itching to try it but suspected it would not do well in the deep cold.
I was wrong. It fed my 1 oz 1200FPS Kents without a hitch. Interestingly, it did not like Top Gun 7/8 OZ loads but it did do fine with Kent 2 1/2" 3/4 OZ loads - and of course, with a box of 1 1/8 OZ challengers I brought along and with Aguila minishells, it makes a fine single shot.
The F3 is still my clays gun, but this little semi plaything has impressed me.
Now, since winter is over, I can get back to serious practice.
